Guarantee

Any tree purchased at Nationalsequoias.com has a 1 year warranty. Occasionally, even a well cared for tree may not survive. Should this happen, National Sequoias will be happy to replace your tree with one of our small saplings free of charge. You will only need to pay for shipping. Our flat rate charge for shipping is $8.00.

Returns

We do not offer any returns on custom orders. After the customer approves the final proof, they are responsible for the design unless we are at fault. Any changes made within 10 days of shipping, we will do our best to make the necessary changes and get the trees to you on time. Additional fees may apply.
