Custom labels require a 4-5 week lead time. We charge a one-time fee to design your custom label exactly how you wish. If you need a rush order, please contact us directly before placing your order. Additional fees may apply. The customer must approve the final proof a minimum of 10 business days before products are shipped. It may take several proofs for a final design, but we expect the customer to work with us in a timely manner with all email communications. We are not responsible for any delay in the product if the final proof is not approved by the deadline.
